I heard there is an AD there that gives great discounts, but you have to go in person.

Are you a reserve JA? Good luck. And a Explorer-II, Sub, SD, or GMT-II would all be fantastic travel companions in that part of the world. I'd recommend a NATO though--much more comfortable with all of the sweat and dust.
