Their dogs generally just roam all over the place and proper dog training doesn’t allow for that as they teach the dog pulling will allow me to go farther away. I find these people always let their dog way up on my lawn rather than keep them on the strip between sidewalk and road which I believe is good etiquette as a fellow dog owner. Not nearly as annoying as say a bad taco but still lol

Threads like "Is it safe to do this in my watch?" and "Is it safe to go here with my watch".
People need to start getting priorities right! |

Fat acceptance and body positive nonsense makes my blood boil. First, they are hypocrites and bigoted since their "body positive" nonsense doesn't apply to thin people or anyone but themselves, and it surely doesn't apply to men. Secondly, it encourages others to just be overweight and ignore the health problems associated with it. It's just an excuse for overweight women to feel good about themselves instead of actually losing weight.
Also, people that play the race card when there is absolutely no race issue. Same with the "well you're a man and wouldn't understand" attitude. |

A forum “fee” is not integral to life and based on the amount of people on here that aren’t pledge members, I’m not the only one that feels that way. For example, Very nearly 33% of this thread aren’t pledge members.

Here’s one for me. People that are always more concerned with someone else’s life than their own.

The word employee drives me nuts. I hate it. To me it sounds like someone owns you...I substitute the word employee with team members or staff.

I had always used employee rather than staff because i felt calling someone staff was condescending. Like giving someone a fake title so they feel better about themselves. Much like a trophy for every snowflake. That's not how she felt so now she is staff. Noone else in the office cared either way. |

there is so much that drives me up the wall,
people who live off of other people, and think they are somehow valid and entitled, they lack any type of humility and restraint, they normally have large mouths, Britain is jam packed with these type of parasites they can be found right across all different sectors. |

What drives you nuts????,
My first choice is always team members. I do believe in business there are 2 things that make you successful. People and process. You must surround yourself with the best people possible and then get out of their way so they can perform. I’ve def got little quirks lol. Employee seems to me like people are just a number. Perhaps staff member to some would seem demeaning. I always tell team members I’m the least important person in the building. If I’m not here nothing changes. If a team member in our office isn’t here, DMV paperwork can’t be done, if a detailer here calls in sick, cars can’t be cleaned for delivery. If a technician isn’t here, there is no one to service a guest car. If I’m not here...nothing on a daily basis is affected.

People debating a point by talking over the other person so that nothing actually gets discussed.

I prefer workers and managers. Workers make the company all its money through their hard work, and managers provide the structure for that to happen. Together they are a work force. |
