First omega

Never been interested in omega ever really. Recently tried on a freinds planet ocean and straight away loved the build quality it was on par with my sub. So I went ahead and have just received 8500 cal and it is an amazing watch for the money. I prefer the lugs to my 114060 and the quality is exactly the same as rolex. The rotating bezel is not as smooth as rolex and I prefer rolex clasps but I am very happy with it and will be my new beach watch omega convert

Hope it serves you well for a very long time. Although my first Omega wasn’t in the same category, it has been faithful for 50+ years.
