Folks I just got a datejust II 116333. I was sizing the bracelet and only had to remove one link. I had an explorer II 216570 that I had to remove 2 links. So I am a little confused. From first looks it appears that oyster bracelets are the same but, is this true? Since I don't have the 216750 to compare to anymore I was wondering if there is difference, well has to be right?

This 116333 came with all 12 links and I removed one link and I noticed that when I put the watch on to get it over my hands its more snug compared to the 216570. Am I missing something.

My only thoughts is that since they use different clasps maybe thats where the size difference is on why I needed to remove 2 links on the 216570 and only 1 on the 116333.

Any info would be much appreciated so I can continue to learn. Thanks
