Removing scratches.

I know a thread was started sometime ago about removing scratches from polished stainless steel by using Cape Cod cloths. Does anyone have a suggestion for removing scratches from the brushed stainless steel on a SDDS band? Apparantly, the Cape Cod cloths are for use only on polished steel.

Nothing unnecessary about a question buddy. Sometimes I just browse through that thread and find tons of info.
