INCOMING 31mm Oyster Perpetual - AITA?
So, my wife dropped out of college 35 years ago. We married 26 years ago.
Once we shipped two kids off to college three years ago, she went back full time. Next week she will graduate with her bachelors, dual major, and begin teaching remedial courses while working toward her masters. And suddenly yesterday it hit me... OH *&*(!!! I need a present!!! AITA? So, I called the trusty small town AD (not to be disclosed) who has helped me with MANY watches and pled my case. He went to the back, then said "This is what I have. 31mm OP. Want it?" Considering she will seldom if ever wear a watch, I snapped it up. I'm hoping the dial draws her in and she may actually wear it from time to time. Saved by the bell! |
