Can't find serial number on Rolex case between lugs
I can't seem to find the serial number on this Rolex that I had just acquired. Normally it's between the lugs but I took the band off and it's not there. Could this be a fake Rolex? But movement seems legit. Could the case be counterfeit but the movement is not, is that possible? Please see attached photos. TIA.

Maybe the serial number was intentionally removed. Can you post a photo showing between the lugs? And is the model number engraved between the lugs on the other side?

I found it. It was too faint that I didn't see it at first. And I had to look for it using a jewelers loupe, and photographed it while magnified with the jewelers loupe.
