Daytona traded for AP RO 15400st

Hi All,

It's been 2 hours and so far no regrets. I made a f2f trade for a silver/white 15400st for my white 116520 Daytona.

I had concerns about size, but I'm very happy with the fit on my relatively flat wrist. It was my first time handling an AP and it was love at first sight (and handle). Boy I can see how this can be very addicting!

The Daytona is gone but will definitely be missed. I guess I'll just have to find a Daytona C someday to fill its void.

Congrats!

Looks great on you. What size is your wrist, if I may ask? I wonder if I might make a trade like that some day...

Congrats and welcome aboard. Looks good on your wrist. I had one(15400) and flipped it for the white diver.

How did that work out, more satisfied with the diver? I'm thinking about adding a diver to my 15400 as a tool watch complement. My tool/beater/beach watch today is a Rolex 114060.

Congrats to the thread starter, well done

The 15400 is awesome! So is the Daytona but you replaced one great one with another. A ceramic Daytona down the road will be a great compliment.

Great move imho. Your first RO feels very special, akin to strapping on your first rolex and not many watches gave me that feeling

Thanks! Not 100% sure on wrist size, but the previous owner had the bracelet sized for a 7" wrist and it fits comfortably snug for me. It was the end of the day so I'm sure my wrist was slightly swollen by then.

Nooo you needed both of them. They make the perfect pair imo. Black dial would go great with your beautiful silver 15400

It's hard to forget about a 116520 (I know), but a 15400 makes it much easier...

Black dial Daytona C? That's the one I want if I can get a hold of one at MSRP. :-)

Daytona what?

Didn't hug read the disclaimer that AP's are known to cause addictions ;)

Enjoy!
