Questions about a Maxi 5513 Submariner

Hi everyone,

I stumbled across a birth year 5513 and picked it up. It isn't perfect, but I didn't think I could find a maxi dial in my price range.

Imperfections I can see include:

1. Service Hands
2. Service Bezel - pip glows
3. Lume plot on 4 o'clock is damaged
4. Two lines between 11 and 12 lume plots. Looks like it was touched up
5. Polished edges

I'd like the opinions from the experts here. Here are my questions:

1. This is a 6.2m serial, but a MKIV dial. Could this be correct? Based on what I have read, this should be a MK3 dial.
2. Do the lines between 11-12, or the lume plot on 4 drastically reduce the value?
3. Speaking of value, what a fair value be for this watch, head only or with the proper bracelet.

Thank you! This is a big purchase for me, so any insight would help.
