IWC vintage solid gold watch, needs opinion please if this is authentic

Someone selling me this but I have no idea if this an authentic watch. Strap is made in USA

The case is solid gold and I really don’t know if the strap is period to the watch.

Dial is redone, and strap is not period by a long shot.
Probably authentic, but can't really tell with out looking at the movement.
Should have a signed crown, as well.
Looks to be from the 50's.
