Up to what year in production, and what model does the submariner have lug holes? What year and model did they stop putting these holes on the case lugs? Thanks.

The Sub always had lug holes up until last year with the introduction of the ceramic insert model.

The Sub Date had them until ~2001, sometime during the Y serial 16610 run.
