15450 dial color choice

Which one is your favorite dial color for 15450 and why?

I would think that white would be the favorite because it gives the illusion of a bigger dial which works well with the 37 mm size. However, it seems a lot of people were waiting for the blue dial to be added.

I have just been looking at them in my local AD, and for some reason I strongly prefer the blue (which they have to order) over the white which was in stock.

As I found out on another thread, AP uses two kinds of blue: the medium blue we are most familiar with, and a darker blue. On my Blue AP thread, someone kindly wore both blue watches side by side as a comparison. FYI.

Blue without a doubt because it’s much more striking than the other dial colors. The silver/white and grey dials do nothing for me. I’m also looking for a blue dial to add to my collection. It also sticks with the classic Gérald Genta design with the blue dial color.

No need to choose a color to create the illusion of a larger watch. AP actually makes larger watches, just buy one of those.

To answer the question, I prefer blue, but just barely. The white/silver dial is stunning too. I’ve tried on the gray a couple of times and it does nothing for me.

I'd get the blue, unless you have other blue dials in which case the ruthenium grey is sweet.

Poor ruthenium..like the kid that gets picked last. It's actually quite a nice dial.

The blue one is the most interesting as it looks different types of blue, sometimes gray, sometimes black... All in one =)

Another 15450 ruthenium owner here Picked mine up last summer and I still love looking at it every time I glance at my wrist.

I was the sole vote for ruthenium in this poll for quite a while. I'm glad a few others have joined me
