After chatting with my watch maker friend we entered into a conversation in regards to what is the service-oriented integration for divers watches

I expressed my knowledge was very limited and ask that he gave me time to read up further on the subject so that we could reconvene at a later date and discuss the matter having a better understanding, so if possible could I have some direction as a good information source on the subject prior to searching the net, many thanks "H"

SOI as I understand it is good practices / standards within industry.. in this situation Horology.

doh I called my watch maker friend for clarification of SOI ? the correction is ISO.... watchmaking standards (NIHS, CEN, ISO) divers watch is iso 6425.... in my defense I'm Dyslexic so apologies for the confusion caused.
