Radiomir Strap Question - Incoming!

Just purchased a like new Pam 754.

This is completely new to me and since I've been buying and selling watches for a while now, I've always wanted a Panerai.

I'm excited for it to come in.

Quick question. Do any 24mm straps work or should I be looking at specific straps for the Radiomir model?

Also any strap sites that you guys would recommend.

Side Note: The Hodinkee review stated the MSRP at $4,300 but since 2018 the price is now $5,000.
Just wanted to point this out, I found it interesting.

Congrats on the new pick up

Looks like it has a 27mm lug width so a 24mm strap might be a bit small for the 754. The PANERAI site has strap option for 45mm radiomirs. I'm sure others will chime in with other places you can look into which may be more price competitive.

Cheers,

R

I’ve owned that model, and 24mm would be a little small. 26mm is good, though.

Really impressed. I read more about the model and I've been searching for straps.

I found a good site but I'm waiting and looking for a good rubber strap.
You were right. I see a lot of 26mm but mine, I believe is 27mm.

You should have a lot more options at 26mm. For instance, I don’t think Panerai makes at 27mm rubber strap.

For 47 and 45mm radiomirs, use 26/26 for wider Italian military look, 26/24 or 27/24 tapered look for more stylish thinner strap

Note, our debate of 27 or 26 at the lugs comes out to be only 500 micron on each side !

I took the plunge on a 00210 recently. Love it and have three straps inbound. You’ll want a 1.4mm screwdriver. I bought off eBay for 10 bucks. No sense to buy OEM.
Enjoy!
