Surprise Incoming: Omega Service / Travel Case

I emailed Omega Customer Service about the possibility of acquiring a service / travel case and they immediately and kindly mailed me one noting that they were “glad that I purchased a new Omega product” (Planet Ocean 2 weeks ago). What amazing customer service!

Wow, great new service case! Excellent customer service on their part too. If I knew that Swatch Canada had these for sure (the apparent new style) I would try order one also. They've always taken care of me. I recently ordered an Extract from the Archives too which still has to be posted.

Curious, did you purchase your planet ocean directly from Omega or an Omega Boutique??? Aka were you in their system (via your email) from having purchased direct from them (recognized buyer)?

The only thing I have ever purchased direct from Omega (either Boutique or Omega NA) are NATO straps; yet we own 5 Omegas purchased from various ADs? I wonder if my purchase history would grant the same level of service????

Def a nice Travel case, looks like the same design as the Speedmaster Moon travel case that is part of the larger box when you pull it out. Congrats!
