Royal oak 37 or 39 MM blue or white dial

Hey guys total noob here im just a small restaurant owner but i love watches and have a nice collection but i want to dive a bit deeper in the watch world.
I have had very good experiences with rolex but none with ap.
What are the possibilites to get a royal oak. Is it just like with rolex to go and see them and befriend the SA’s. Or is it a different vibe al together ?
I live in a country without any boutiques but i can go to france or geneva (4 vs 8 hours drive).
I am so in love with these watches.
Before i wouldnt even dare to look at them but something has changed now.

I feel this year is a very tough year to enter into AP given that its the 50th anniversary
nevertheless at least in my boutique its all about your personal relationship , current work , social status and being a watch enthusiast .

it does not harm to open a profile and express you interest though .

I'm sorry my friend, your chances are very little. Most guys are buying those smaller pieces for their wives, so they are just as hard to get.

AP has a hard enough time meeting the demand of their current good clients, so you would have to be extremely lucky to get anything as a new client.

It’s very slim chance to get either one in blue. The more possibility would be 37mm in white with some wait time.
