Congratulations Dalip mate!!

To be honest & please don't take offence there's many amongst your collection that I'd rather own (Pan' Sub's always look a bit '20,000 leagues under the sea'-ish to me?) but I've gotta admit it does look way way waaayyyyyy better on your wrist than I'd expected!

Good on ya matey......

I'd never take offence at an honest response SpudsyI'd never really payed them much attention....until I saw a local watch dealer today ... just popped in for a chat..

As soon as I put it on I completely changed my mind about them...I'm really loving the dial + hands....the strap he'd put on it also seemed to do much more than the standard....it was meant to be.

In another couple of years the patina should go a gorgeous yellow.....

Hopefully it'll still be in my safe

Dalip,

I had a similar experience. I use to not care for the subs in the Panerai line. However, there's something interesting that happens when you try them on the wrist. The chunky masculinity of it makes it just sells itself when on the wrist. I find that the sub may be my favorite Pam since becoming an owner (I never would have thought so with just seeing pictures).

Well...it's nearly 10 years old now....so...seller reckoned another 10 and the patina will be outstanding.....I was just passing the info on

It's a great watch on the wrist...makes a nice change...and haven't wanted to take it off...that's usually a good sign
