Getting a bracelet off GMT 11 16700

Dear All,

I'm having trouble getting my bracelet off my GMT 11 I can pull back on the sping bar but then how do I get the Oyser Bracelet off. Do I pull it or push it. I expected it to just slip out.

Regards
