How tight or loose for bracelet

Starting to think my bracelet might be slightly too loose. I can just about get my pinky thinger through the gap and it slightly moves around on my wrist.
Do AP do a half link ? Think another full link might be too tight and how does everyone else like to wear there bracelet?

Above the wrist joint and loose enough to be worn comfortably during the summer months when your wrist swells slightly.

It’s really all personal preference.

I’ve found that the half link makes a BIG difference with the bracelet in terms of a better fit for me (7.5 in wrist).

Before I would just wear it slightly loose - as one additional link would be just too snug for me - especially during the summer months.

it's a 1.5 link, and if you find your ideal fit isn't met by adding or removing a regular link, the 1.5 link will likely improve the fit.

I have one in mine and it helped it fit just right (although come winter I may replace it with a regular link again)

I can only relate my experience with Rolex as I don’t own AP ...

I’ll say it depends on the reference. Heavier, larger watches require a snug fit, (Deepsea, SD43, Skydweller), lighter weight references can be worn as you describe (GMT’s, DJ’s etc).

I like a slightly loose fit overall, which is why I gravitate toward Stainless Steel references that are light weight, and I wear heavier references sparingly

It should not be on your hand. If it is, its too loose. My .02.

^^^ This! and the lugs should never hang over the side of your wrist, when that happens it starts looking more like a bracelet than a watch.

I needed a 1.5 link for my ROC but not my openworked... Some folks prefer loose and some more snug. I like snug but not leave a mark on my wrist.

I always have enough space for my index finger to squeeze through.

It also allows for when you get off a 12 hour plane and still able to wear a watch without losing your hand.

Put the link back on because it was just too tight. Think it fits fine and im just over thinking it. I can just get my pinky tip through the bracelet gap so think thats fine.
