26331ST Blue's current market

Anybody have good information on the current market for the blue dial chrono?

I've given up on the idea of 'lining up' for the 15500ST blue and the 15202 blue as I know the queue is imaginary and a way to drive you away. With my 0 purchase history at any AD, those above pieces are pretty much impossible. I have friends who have been given the chance to buy those above models but of course with the purchase of low demand models in precious metal, probably the likes of the Millenary, 1159 and ladies models.

Do you guys have any ideas on my chances of a blue chrono? I assume the demand is nowhere as high as the above 2 models?

Your chances are good. I have two buddies who got theirs (AD and Boutique) this yr. The wait was only 1-2 months.

Similar situation to you a few months back and I asked for the 26331 blue at the two boutiques in Singapore and in HK and was told there was no allocation for this year.

I ended up going grey. After quite a bit of shopping around I ended up paying around $2k over list. Most were asking around $6k over list so I figured it was a reasonable deal.

Things might vary by region but I think you'd be lucky to get an allocation for the blue model. I was told there would be no difficulty getting the black or white models within a couple of months but my heart was set on blue.

I was on the same boat as you. I gave up on 15500st after seeing 26331st panda in Las Vegas boutique. Sales guy said I have a better chance with ROC than RO. Black and white are about 4 weeks wait time, and blue is out of the question. But I really wanted blue so I called around.
Not sure if I am just lucky but I was thrilled that one boutique is willing to take a deposit. I told them I don't mind the wait, initially quoted Sept or Oct delivery. One week later I got the call. I think they have the blue ROC all along, just made it seem that it's harder to get. BTW this is my first AP and no purchase history whatsoever. I also think that dealing with AP owned boutique is the best way as they don't care much about purchase history, only subcontracted boutiques and ADs are playing this game. AP owned boutique is all about allocation and they seem to have more of these than others. In short, should be easy to get than 15500st for first time buyer. Good luck!

If you can make an in person visit to an AP owned boutique I don’t think it’s out of the question. Probably akin to trying to find a steel Rolex sub.

I think the white panda ROC is the most logical buy for first time buyers in this market but with some effort you may just get the blue if it’s what you’re after.

26331 it’s more beautiful then 15500 IMO.
15500 it’s hard to get even for a person with history on AD.( not year but few months)

Same exact thing happened to me last July. No more allocations for 15400 blue but Bal Barbour suggested the 26331 blue instead. Had the watch a month later. Really happy it worked out that way cause aside from the price I like the roc better. Good luck!

Well even with purchase history. I was told that the allocation for 15500st blue for this year is already full. Told me to try next year and if I could buy a new 44mm offshore (rose gold of course), they would be able to push me up in the current waiting list lol.

Bundling is catchy.

Just curious. Is this a response from a boutique or AD SA?

Is it Singapore AP boutique? Very annoying these bundling "offers". Officially, they are not supposed to do that.

This is actually not that bad of a bundling package. ST for the ROC or a PM one?

Allocations all gone in LV and Taipei store for 2019. 26331 in blue seems pretty scarce at this time.

Sadly yes. I am quite disappointed actually but I guess this has become a norm unofficially.

26331 is much nicer than ro

I have the 26320, love the watch, I had the 15400, found it too plain.
