SD4K Has Arrived!

I've owned just about every modern Rolex professional. Flipped all of them for one reason or another. Like many I've also owned a few multiple times. My main mission was finding the perfect every day watch. For some reason I always passed on the Sd4K worried about the hight. Well I finally decided to give it a shot. I have to say I wish I did it a long time ago! Height is not an issue. Looks much better on than my 114060 did because of the lugs. The matt dial and the absence of th cyclops makes for a very special piece! That along with the brushed bracelet and glidelock clasp make for the perfect do anything every day watch. This is only after a few days with her but I don't see how I could ever flip this beauty! For those that worry about the height.....DON'T! Size it properly and don't let it flap around on the wrist and it will be fine and actually makes the watch that much cooler! Hope this helps someone make a decision to go with the 116600, SD4000, Sea Dweller, SD4K!

I share the same sentiment and path. How could I have overlooked this beaut for so long? I should of bought it a LONG time ago! The matte dial vs glossy gradient bezel gives the watch a pop unlike any other divers. Thus, my old fling hulk had to go.

Very nice. I don't know what's more impressive, the SD4K or the fact you've owned almost every modern Rolex!

I should have said stainless steel. Besides the YM2 I think I've owned them all.
