Thoughts on 5726A - 001 vs Daytona 116519

As the title says - thoughts on the 5726 in general and vs the 116519. If you had the choice of one vs the other, which would it be (forgoing the price differential).

That is a tough one, I'd say it depends on your collection and given yours I'd go for the PP.

I have the 5726 on bracelet and 116519 on OF and love them both but would pick the Patek every time, hands down. The Nautilus bracelet is just perfect and the annual calendar makes it a great daily "office watch." I might prefer the Daytona over the 5726 on strap, though. The weight of the white gold is awesome and I love the oyster flex.

Forgot to add... you swap the oysterflex for croc if you want.

Easy one for me. Daytona as nautilus doesn’t belong on strap

+1

I very much agree despite I'd miss the date on the Daytona.

I will choose the triple date over the date-less.

PP is my choice.
Still have to be careful with the bezel, but you will dodge the bracelet scratches

Thanks for the feedback! Great pics! Would love the PP on bracelet but I gotta say you may be right about the PP on strap. Although, Rubber B makes a nice looking strap for that PP reference.

Best strap for the 5726a is the Patek rubber strap that comes with it from new as an extra strap. Miles better than the croc and more in keeping too, imho.

No straps on sports watches. The oysterflex isn't my favorite, but I'm a sucker for Daytonas.

5726A comes with two straps correct? Is the steel strap a special order?

I’d only want that 26 on bracelet. I have the 19 and pretend it’s my ROO as they don’t fit me
