Sweetness. Always liked this model, just too large for me to seriously consider. Agree it’s pure Patek.

I love the relatively clean dial (vs 5960) and matching AC windows of the 5905. One hour chronograph counter is perfect. Beautiful Patek.

Major Congrats J! When a member of our little crew gets a new piece we all feel like it is our own Incoming. I know this one checks a lot of boxes for you... complications, on the larger side, and platinum. Wear her in good health and Thank God you didnt go for the 5960P for the 3rd time

It really is beautiful, I like 5960P as well (had it twice ) but this one is cleaner and classier, whereas 5960 it’s busier in the dial and sportier. I miss the power reserve indicator that the 5960 has, I understand that they removed it to give you a cleaner dial but still. Anyway
Thanks bro

That is true , I have a soft spot for these AC+flyback Chronos in platinum. And nothing is gonna change that not even this crazy market, so this my little luxury I am giving to me. And yes I considered 5960P for the third time

Lovely! Really like how the day/date/month wheels are all colour matched to the dial. Patek should do this more often.
