Day Date 2 dial options

Anybody have the dial catalogue that shows all dials for rg dd2 ?
Can they still be ordered ?

Dials are still available through RSC and AD with on-site watchmakers.

I have from the last catalog 2014-2015 as is the last catalog where they was in. I made some pics in about a few hours.

Not allowed to post link, but If you search for rose gold day date 2 wave dial there seems to be a combo with black Numbers ?
