Nautilus 5711 Poll: White Dial or Classic Dark

I'd like to see what the majority of members here prefer please from the 2012 white dial 5711 and the blue/grey 5711. Sorry if this has been asked before but I couldn't find it.

Thanks!

A white nautilus is like a white Ferrari. Call me old fashion-I vote for the classic dial!

I'm old-fashioned too, so classic

As for white dials, I'd much rather take a white dial in a perpetual calendar or grand complications, for example:

Seems pretty close...I voted white. Can't go wrong with either one, but I think the white is more versatile & can be worn with anything.

Black-Blue for me. I like the way it changes shade just a bit depending on the angle or light.

I tried the white dial on this weekend and I must say it's quite striking in person. I think because of the lack of contrast with the white dial and the SS body, it all just seems to blend very well together with the only noticeable marks being the hands, letterings, and markings. The jeweler was asking $30K for it, but one can probably get a better deal for it in Europe with VAT off.

(I voted white)

the white one is a good option if you like the nautilus so much than you want a second one
but the first choice would be the blue dial

The classic one for sure. The white looks very feminine for some reason. I have yet to see it in the flesh though.

I'm a little biased >>>

I haven't seen the white version yet, but the classic blue dial, with it's incredible ability to change color depending on the angle and the light, is just stunning. The blue reminds me of a nice pair of designer blue jeans. Nautilus-wise, the classic blue is my top choice...

That said, I really do like the new 5726/1A.

Cheers!

To me the white doesnt carry the same shine, beauty and white I call the Light Pyramid the classic dial does. It doesnt reflect light at all from what I have seen. I vote classic

the odd one out..

hi guys!
i thought i might post some wrist shot for the white version (since i haven't seen one posted yet)

when my AD called last week to tell me my order of white dial has arrived, i was lucky enough to try on both the original blue version as well & compare.

in my opinion, both are gorgeous.. but i am a such a sucker for white dial.

although my crappy photo doesn't do it justice, the white dial itself is similar to the original in a way that's metallic & the white seems to change a little to almost ivory depending on light & angle.

each to their own i guess.. but in my mind, there was no doubt it's going to be the white one

That watch is really stunning! I find it beautiful (although, as my previous post states, myself prefers a black dial). Congratulations my friend!
