ahh all this discussion is making me waver/slight buyers remose on whether i should flip the newly acquired 5711 for a 5712....
some good points to switch are its only a few thousand more for quite a bit of complications, but none of the complications are actually useful to me except maybe the PR.. date seems actually harder to read than the window display on the 5711 and i'm not a total fan of the asymmetric layout.... however i feel like i should get a patek with complications... |

Reference 5726. Better balanced dial, date in a window (with month and day in separate windows), center sweep seconds, 24-hour (AM/PM) dial surrounding the moonphase, no power reserve indicator (which isn't really necessary on a watch with a 45-hour power reserve, is it?) |

Yes Annual Calendar. Keep your 5711 and get an annual calendar. Perfect pair: 5711 + 5205r white or black dial ( whatever is your preference Sent from the 3-4 Watches Philosophy Company headquarters

Nice 5146
I had that watch before in the slate grey dial, that color of your 5146 is very different, I like it

i've temporarily decided to try on both the 5712 and 5726 at a store after thanksgiving and reevaluate then what is it that i truly want.... hopefully the resale on the 5711 isn't entirely terrible for a 1 month old piece... a part of me just feels 'cheated' for getting a patek without any complications |

Here it is my favorite Nautilus. I had to sell the 5712 to fund the 5980 plus selling one of my kidneys. Just a really great piece. Has the girth that I want that the 5712 was lacking. |

and yes! i think that is actually what i am going to do. keep the 5711 and save money to also buy a 5726 in the future :) kinda just wish i would've gone and gotten those in reverse order though lol since it probably won't be for a while until i can get the 5726 and a more busy dial is probably more suitable for a younger age than a clean simple dial |
