I don't have one but I've seen people modifying pelican cases and it looked really cool.

I’d recommend Wolf too. Only problem I have with them is the pillows are too small.

I just sold my winder and am going with a Gerstner box to store all of my watches and watch related extras.

Safest place for any watch collection, is the vault at your local banks branch. Either that, or a stout hidden safe at your own place of residence as a second option...

A valuable collection poorly stored in a ‘watch box’ in your closet or draw, is IMO, a bad risk.

Linly produce a beautiful box as do Buben Zorweg...that's on the top end the scale and Wolf good value for money. I think I have the same box but not sure if I have the purple or the orange

I use Pelican cases. Not the best but very durable.
