Looks great, congrats!

Over 29 years between Panerais. Has to be a record!

I traded a PAM 005 towards a Rolex Sub.

The 005 was 44mm and a bit big for my 6.5 inch wrist. The Submersible is 42mm. While still a manly presence, slightly smaller. I’ve been trying Panerais on annually since I sold mine. Inevitable that I am back in the fold. Their current offerings are very diverse.

I would imagine 42 + smaller dial would wear smaller, but white wears larger, so it’s a bit of a wash? Anyway, both the 005 and this one are stunners. Enjoy.

Sorry for the earlier typo, I should have written 20 years, not 29.

It may be in my head rather than my wrist.

Congrats!

I picked one up last week myself…I feel like the strap fun is without limits on this watch and I’ve only begun to test them.

I had the choice between the 42 and 44mm bianco and 42 was the direction I went in for my 7 inch wrist as well.

Enjoy wearing yours and welcome back to the Paneristi.

Congrats on the 2223. Here’s my 1223(need to take better pics).

Thanks for the info on the straps Bill.

Love the submersible in white dial.
What is the difference between the 2223 and 1223?

Love these, are there any differences between 1223 and 2223? Does the movement hack on each?
