It used to get called the Limoncello, then someone came up with Pikachu! every time I read it I have that Yorkshire bloke on Youtube in my head as he mentions his on every video he does!

Anyway despite the name its still the one I would go for. It is a beautiful configuration, have tried one on a couple of times.

Champagne dial looks better.
I could never afford such expensive timepieces, if I could then it would be a DayDate.

I don't think there is a king. I personally like the so-called PN, but that's about it.

Not a fan of either, but if I had to pick between the two, I prefer the left. The gold dials are too much for me visually. But, buy what you love.

The same goes for me. I don't like the Daytona on OF, because of the endlinks. If I had to choose, I would opt for the Newman.

The left one with the red large seconds hand is my favorite of the Daytona line.

Have inquired at my AD about adding a red large seconds hand to my 116500 Daytona, think it's what both faces could benefit.

the Pn hands down, though the new Pikachu reference Is a big improvement on the old model, however I feel the opposite regarding the new reference of the PN, it's lost its mojo IMO.

Prefer the "Pikachu" and am an owner, though I like the PN too. I think these are the two best OF Daytonas, so it's definitely close. The Pikachu really reflects light in amazing ways and can be worn in lots of situations (it's sporty, but more versatile than the PN-dial, I feel). Also hate the name, but my kids like it. Sadly, I feel like Rolex nerf'd both watches in the current 12 gen (no red seconds for the PN and no black outlined markers on the Pikachu).

I feel the same way. I like the 116 OF references more then the 126 OF refrences. Especially those two dials.
