Recommendations for first Seiko diver watch
Just wanted to gather some opinions out there on my buddies first Seiko purchase. He likes the Samurai series such as SRPC93 he has seen on amazon along with SKX009 Pepsi colored bezel. Price point $300-400 max & really wants to purchase new. He likes blue dials too, so any ideas/links feel free to post them up. Thank you.

The SKX009 has a blue dial I believe... Dark blue I think. I would get that on a rubber strap and get a strapcode bracelet if so inclined.

The Save the Ocean series is very cool. I went with the Turtle and a Chronograph and a PVD version.

I would go for a SRP 777, ticks all the boxes, looking at getting one myself.
Couple of good video's here;

You can't go wrong with a SKX007, but the SRP773 in blue would be a nice choice.

Thanks for all the replies fellas, so far the Blue Scuba listed above is in the win if anyone sees one listed feel free to post it. My buddy always wears this SS oversized flat style pancake looking Quartz Fossil that reminds me of a gymnasium/classroom wall clock the way it ticks I always tell him. Lol.
