New Luxury Wallet

For those for whom LV is too proletariat and Goyard is too common,
there is Faure Le Page, an old French Luxury Leather goods house with only 3 stores on the entire planet.

You have to email the Paris store (they have a website) to order. Gorgeous quality. The wife has a "Battle" tote enroute. My Wallet is the standard square billfold, and is relatively inexpensive considering the quality.

And my other wallet, the wonderful LV Epi:

Very nice looking wallet.

Do you have a link to their product pages? I Googled the name and I only get a contacts page.

Goyard is still the one.

Never heard of Le Page, but I'll look it up.

Boutique in Beverly Hills or NY?

They have a website, and there are several Youtube videos on their handbags that give contact info.

Hey, thanks for the response.

They have two stores in France and one in Japan. Their are a couple of good Youtube reviews on the brands that compares them to Goyard. According to one reviewer who compare the two brands, Godard wears more quickly.

But we plan on buying the wife a Goyard bag as well.

Goyard and LV here with the edge going to goyard. However I really like the look of this! How is the quality vs your LV Epi?

Goyard has some incredible designs! I have an LV Damier Ebene multiple wallet and love it! Over the years it's held up much better in comparison the the Gucci before it.

Looks great!
I've looked into buying one of their card holders/small wallets, but never went through with it.
How much was it? Let us know how you like it over a couple of months? How it holds up etc.

Very nice wallet, John. I have actually been thinking of buying a card holder from them.

I have an LV damier card holder that I've been using for a few years. It has held up very well, but I wouldn't mind something a bit different.

Good lord. You're going to get your wallet stolen for... the wallet, not what's in it.

Thanks, Wes. the Le Page wallet is very well made and very flexible, but the only info on wear that I have is from Youtube reviews of their handbags, which were favorable.

The LV Epi wears like a tank. I just wanted something different, will probably rotate them.

Epi wears like a tank and probably will wear better because it is all leather.

Yes, great history, and excellent service. My wife's 37cm "Battle" Tote is on the way.

Best Regards to all.

Thanks for posting this! I was aware of the brand and had done some research on them in the past. With only 3 locations it is a little difficult sourcing. I own several wallets by LV, Tom Ford, Hermes, etc. and I recently bought a Goyard one at the NYC boutique.

Another brand that is similar to these brands is Moynat which is also owned by the LVMH Group. If you are not familiar with the brand it might spark your interest. They just opened a store on Madison in NYC. They have a canvas like LV, Goyard, etc. but their leather goods are very nice...like Hermes with a little flair.

http://www.moynat.com/en/men/

If you are into the canvas type products I would also look at Moreau Paris which has one store in Paris and is only available at Barney's in the US (even though the selection is limited and does NOT include men's products).

http://moreau-paris.com/ (the website leaves a lot to be desired and finding the men's items is difficult. Look for...PETITE MAROQUINERIE Portefeuilles under Products)

Based on the activity here we might need a men's accessories thread!

Thanks for the Moynat link. We heard of them but will take a look at their stuff. Can't have too many luxury assessories.

I updated my post with info on Moreau so look at them too. A little less expensive than Moynat and Goyard.
