Capetown Diamond

My grail arrived today in the form of a 118206 sporting a diamond ice blue dial along with my wife's 118205 equipped a with Rose Roman dial. The watches were purchased from Capetown Diamond and they are indistinguishable from new. Each appears flawless and represents an exceptional example. Overall, our experience with Capetown was excellent. Their prices were lower than everyone else's--and I looked everywhere. If I have one gripe, it's that some of the inventory shown on their website had been sold. We're picky. My wife, who works as executive in the Jewelry industry, gasped when she opened the boxes. The watches were shipped overnight and arrived in perfect condition. We were impressed and you will be too if you purchase there.

I have bought several times from Capetown over the years and have always had a good experience.

Agree that they're a very reputable company and stand by their products.
Would have no concern whatsoever purchasing from them, but their website is awful!

Not sure if it's gotten any better lately, but the last time I went shopping many of their watches listed were unavailable or had been sold. For whatever reason they don't seem to update what's in their current available inventory. Very frustrating!

You basically need to call/inquire on availability of all their posted items. Also I find their photos are not very good for determining condition but almost always their watches are in excellent condition and as described and they have an easy return process if you're not satisfied.

No, the website hasn't improved...and you're right, it's damn frustrating. The photos leave much to be desired.

Still, what we received is better than new because of the quality and prices that we paid. I will never buy new again.
