i recall few years back i've purchased gen insert for my 16610. where can i purchase gen parts for my sub nowadays?

"Gen," as in, "Genuine?"

Rolex won't sell you a ceramic insert; they'll just swap one out during a service without returning the original. You might find one in a second-hand watch-shop, but you really need to know what you're looking for.
