Explorer 16570 P Series Endlinks question

Greetings Fellow forum members! New member here, but not to watches in general.

I've recently decided to purchase my first Rolex, and have got my eye on an Explorer II 16570 Polar. During my search online I came across one that looks great, and has the full kit (box, papers, etc) and is a P series, so it should have the solid end links and drilled lugs (to my understanding). My question is about the solid end links and how they look different from other SEL's I've seen on the Explorer. The watch in question has end links that look like the first attached image (sorry can't post/embed images yet)

While other SEL's I've seen on the 16570 look like the second attached image (image taken from google images)

Coming to my question: Are the end links in the first image also SEL's? I've seen some other P series watches and they have end links that look like the second image.

Also, should a P series watch have the Rolex crown logo engraved into the crystal at the 6 o'clock position?

Thanks for any help that can be provided!
