Classic 'T Shirts'

Cru's thread "Puck You Russia" featuring a vintage 'T shirt' with a slogan got me thinking about all the interesting 'slogan T shirts' I have seen over the years.

I thought it might be fun to post a picture of your favourite 'slogan T shirt'.

I will kick it off with a picture of a shirt I designed/printed myself in 1971.
I was a young petrol-head (now I am an old petrol-head) and thought it was amusing to go cruising in the main street of town (East Street) on a Saturday night wearing this shirt.
I was also 'booked' (given a citation for our American friends) wearing it whilst going a few MPH over the speed limit.

What is a petrol head?

I cannot upload any pics of some of my T-Shirts. Not because they are pornographic in nature.

I thought this was pretty much a universal descriptor.
Someone who loves cars/motors and enjoys driving, sometimes competitively.
Jay Leno would probably identify with the description, as would the boys from Top Gear.

Pity about your T Shirt collection - not any that the Mods would allow?

I had this one my junior year in HS. The gym teacher noticed it and made me cover it up the rest of the day.

My oldest t-shirt is from 1989. Not sure if it’s “classic” but still sorta fits

I actually have a t-shirt collection that I started 4 decades ago around 1980 when I worked in the apparel industry. every time I went to an event or found a great design I would buy the shirt and add it to my stack. I probably have several hundred or a thousand shirts that are new unworn laying flat in several boxes.

I have no idea what will become of them. i wish they were collectable.
