ETA 2784 Date Disc - Options?

After getting my 9411 restored I really fell in love with the roulette and all red date discs on my watch. While I originally thought my year and model ('79) was offered with the date disc further research shows this isn't the case.

That said, it also led me down the path of trying to track one down anyways. For whatever reason I can find roulette or all red date discs for every movement but mine. So far as I can tell the 2783/2784(mine) seem to be unique. All I can locate are the white or black options.

Do any other ETA date discs fit the 2783/2784?
