Has the Milgauss black with clear crystal been discontinued?

Apologies up front if there is already a thread on this, I didn't see one in a search.

I'm in the middle east and having trouble finding the Milgauss black dial with clear crystal. A Doha dealer said clear crystal had been discontinued in favor of the green crystal. But an Abu Dhabi dealer said they were still available, though they didn't have any on hand.

The green crystal just doesn't have the same crisp pop against the black dial, like I enjoy with my Explorer, and reminds me too much of mineral glass.

Should I be looking in the pre-owned market, or will new models be around for a while?

Yes. It was discontinued last year. They are still available at some AD's that haven't sold off their stock. One of my favorites.
