You still have the issues of the YG surrounds on the hour plots.

Not crazy!
OP, you're not crazy!
I just acquired a 16613 a week ago with that stunning blue dial! While my preference is the black dial, the deal was too good to pass. When I owned my Sea-Dweller I wore it 24/7. At work, sleeping, showering, mowing, church, date night, everywhere. Only occasionally would I switch out to my OP39 for something lighter. But THIS! It's just so damn pretty! I've thought about keeping all the parts but changing to: - black dial from a 16610 - SS bezel with black insert - SS bracelet from a 116610 This would look like a 16610 with a SS solid link bracelet and Glide-Lock. Only the hands with yellow gold would remain. I'd have no problem wearing it 24/7. Will I do it? Well, probably not. But I've certainly entertained the thought. So, OP, you're not crazy at all!

Picking up this old thread because I do also own the 16613 and are playing with the exact same thoughts. I love the dial of the 16613, for me the best looking Rolex dial ever being produced. But the YG bezel, crown and bracelet are beautiful, but do not make the watch a daily wear.
I will start with a SS bracelet and see if I continue this path. :-) |

Personally, I wouldn't do that, but change the bracelet with a rubber band
