Submariner White Gold is it a thumbs up or down

Mine is coming next week and I never saw it in real and having second thought about it I would very much appreciate some reply from you guy's Rolex lovers like me.

I like the white gold...but would prefer it with the traditional black bezel insert and black dial. Don't think that combo exists - yet.

Are you getting the blue face / blue bezel???

I would consider it one of my recent grails.

I fell in love with it when I saw it in person. The pictures don't do it justice; the blue really pops.

Yes the bleu because I have the GMT black ceramic

and they look pretty much the same...

It's a beautiful watch. However, you should realize that when the updated ceramic Sub comes out within the next year or so, the WG sub will be easily mistaken for SS by all but the most seasoned WIS [I believe only the dial will give it away, much like a WG Daytona].

Nonetheless, the WG and YG ceramic subs are BEAUTIFUL!

If someone can't tell the difference between WG and SS, you don't want them to know, anyways.

It's like saying someone will mistake your platinum wedding ring for recycled tin.
