FS: Grand Seiko sbgr073

Hi Everyone,
Up for sale today is my Grand Seiko SBGR073. This is the stainless cased casual dress watch with the beautiful blue sunray dial, red tip second hand and the 9s65 automatic movement. This watch was only available at Grand Seiko Boutiques. I have not seen a “rebranded” version available and they are not in production anymore. This watch works with just about anything blue you may wear. You’ll find a sapphire crystal on both the front and back. The case measures 37mm across and 13.3mm thick. The watch has a very strong presence on the wrist do to a case and dial that just pop in different lighting. If your familiar with the sbgr051 or 53, this is the same case. I am the original owner and everything that comes with the watch new, you will receive, boxes, books, rice paper, full number of links etc. The watch is in excellent condition according to TZ grading. There are some very light hairlines that can be seen by the naked eye under the brightest lighting. I’ll be extremely conservative and call it 91-92%, however many will say it’s better than that. It kills me to sell this one, it is flat out beautiful. However, I recently purchased a blue dial 116000 OP with explorer hands and its stealing all the wrist time when I want a blue dial . . . so something has to go. For those not fully familiar with this watch, here is a link with a short video that I found posted on YouTube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rVhqQBm0x6I Unfortunately, like most Grand Seiko watches, pictures and videos just don’t seem to do them any justice. . . you just have to see them and wear them to really understand.

I’ll ship the watch via USPS Priority Service. Payment can be made via PayPal to a verified ConUS address only. I have purchased and sold many watches on one of the major forums over the years and a few on this forum. I tend to judge my watches harshly so not to disappoint the buyer. Please feel free to ask questions, contact me via pm. Price $2875 via PayPal. The only trades I would be interested in would be a Rolex OP 116000 with a white grape dial, or a Rolex DJ 116200 with a silver index dial. Overseas sale is possible but only if the buyer is willing to pay for additional postage and PayPal expenses and willing to accept responsibility for the watch once it has left U.S. boarders. Should you require any other pics, let me know and I’ll text you any angles you may need. Thanks, Kevin aka; vintage navitimer
