...on cooler weather.

I do really enjoy my leather strap watches, but living in the SE US I just can't hang with these during the summer. Maybe you have heard the saying "its not the heat, its the humidity." (maybe you haven't until now). Around here its both. I know a lot of people go all year on leather, but not this kid. When its hot and humid I have to park these boys. Kinda sucks, but that's the way it is (for me). I'm ready for fall.

I can’t (or don’t) wear the leather when it’s hot and humid. The don’t fit me right and stick to my wrist. Drives me crazy. So, the watches sit until favorable shift in temp. That’s all.

Have you considered rubber?

I put a Hirsch Urbane on my dress watch and the style looks very familiar to leather, yet a lot more comfortable & versatile.
