I haven't seen the word "elitist" in the guitar players' thread. Something beginning with a "D".

The more this goes on, the more I am sympathising with them.

Aren't you the same guy that made a thread esquiring about the pros and cons of Aston Martin ownership a couple of weeks ago?

Yes, but I don't own one, and I made it clear that I was looking for a s/h one. I would never use it as an avatar, and would never take a wrist shot using the car as a background.

Should have been totally removed. These kinds of theads always start off as fun, escalates to mudslinging, then comes the trash talk.

I'm embarrassed to say that I posted a few times in it.

"My hobby is better than your hobby!"

Of course watches are in EVERY pic., it is a WATCH forum.

The only thing I found offensive is saying, basically, we're frontin' to complete strangers.

I've met some of ya'll, so I'd like to think I'm frontin' to friends!

One guy even admitted to picking the cabrio that he thought others would find cool. Self conscious much? Wow.

Peace all, I can't take myself as seriously as them.

Perhaps people who behave like shallow & materialistic show-offs online shouldn't cry foul when other people point and laugh.

I was actually referring to "people" on this forum.
You know, people who analyze avatars looking for hidden meaning.

Are you some kind of cheapskate? I'll only be impressed with a GMT Ice.
