1002 1958 ?

This watch I bought off ebay for $400.00 as you can see from 1 picture it needed some TLC and $700.00 in repair and service. Not bad since it needed a dial, axle, main spring, couple of jewels replaced and a good service. This TT 1002 IMO came out looking like new

Is the one on the right the refurbished version of the one on the left? If so, you got one hell of a good deal, Earl, even with the service cost thrown in.

1002

Yes, the one on the right is the finished (refurbished) brought back to life watch IMO it's beautiful As I keep it wound daily and is keeping wonderful time I'd put it up against any of my other watches in the accuracy department! To me it's classic vintage elegance even if the band isn't Rolex.
