I'd rather know who is completely happy, satisfied, and proud of their pieces. It's more about appreciation than competition. The happiest owner is the best owner.

John Meyer reportedly lurks here. I don't doubt his collection is amazing.
There are no doubt some very private and wealthy big collectors that the select few know of that never post overtly. Mr Woods has an incredible collection.

Its all relative if you make under 100k a year then 5 Rolex watches is quite an achievement. If you make 10 million a year + then anything is well within your reach without much pain.

What is best a custom Rolex or a Rolex that is stuck in custom?

Buy a professional camera and you´re a professional
photographer, buy a flute and you own a flute.

They spend a lot of time on the road. I could see him posting a bit.

I know who probably does. He posts from time to time. But I know he won't brag about it here and I don't blame him. Lets just say he has more PP's than most PP AD's have in stock.

I agree with most of the above. As long as you enjoy your collection, that is what is most important.

There are lurkers here that have insane collections, but due to public status, tend to shy away from posting. I was referred to this site by a friend who has only posted a few times, and always uses an alias. His collection is worth more than I will probably earn in my entire life.
