Meters first dial 5513

I was taking some macro pictures of my new meters first when I noticed some odd colour on the edge of the dial, could anyone shed some light on this? should I be worried? how will this effect the value?

Thanks for the help guys!

Can increase or make value lower depending on buyer

How would an oil-stained dial increase its value?

Oil staining. Somewhat common on matte dials. Doesn't affect the value too much as long as staining is restricted to the edges.

I have been looking at hqmilton for meters first 5513 and many of them have the same problem as mine but they are still described as Excellent Meters First dial.
