6565 Rose Gold Brevet Bubbleback

Hello. New here! Just acquired some estate items and have spent the last few months sorting through them (all genres of things). I am a collector of all sorts but watches are one thing I don't have a lot of knowledge in. Was told what this model is and that it's particularly scarce. Don't know much beyond that. Any info appreciated! Thanks.

You have a Rolex Oyster Perpetual in rose gold with engine turned bezel, not overly popular due to its smaller size (about 33,5-34m). Probably from the mid 50’s...value maybe about 6k US...the vintage rose (pink) gold Rolexes has a higher value then the yellow gold ones...others can correct me if they don’t agree...

Thank you L.K Johnson! Was wondering about the age. Have a couple more I'll be posting photos of. Looks like everything was well looked after.

That would not be considered a bubbleback actually.

Bubbleback, semi bubbleback, big bubbleback are all pre 1030 calibre.

Its a nice piece OP. Does the guarantee paper in the box match the serial number on the watch?

Guarantee? Most likely it is a service receipt :-)

There are service papers. Don't know about a guarantee paper. Will have to look.
