FS: Rolex 16710 GMT II Pepsi Y serial
For sale is my Rolex GMT II Pepsi 16710. I purchased this watch from a fellow TRF member a few months back. I was planning to hold onto this watch for a while, but I recently purchased a grail, so the Pepsi has to go to help fund it. This watch is a Y-serial with lug holes, the last serial that Rolex made the 16710 with lug holes.
The watch is in Excellent condition overall. Lugs are nice and thick (one polish in its history). There are some light scratches on the case and bracelet, as well as some light scratches on the scalloped metal edges of the bezel. The insert itself has a couple of very fine hairline marks, but are difficult to photograph. The case back does have some minor scratches, as well as on the underside of the lugs from strap/bracelet changes. However, there are no nicks, no dings, and no dents on the entire watch. The watch comes on its original, fully linked SEL 78790A bracelet. The box is included, but unfortunately NO WARRANTY CERTIFICATE. Price: $8800 Wire Only (includes overnight shipping within the ConUS). I purchased the it for $8700. I’m not looking to make any money - just wanting to recoup the cost plus my shipping expense, and hoping to pass this watch along to another forum member who will enjoy wearing it!
