It's difficult to say much from that photograph.
Maybe it's O.K. but better photos are required.

The lume on the dial is much different than the lume on the 24 hour hand and that suggests some dial/hand swapping.

I can't really say much more. From the shape of the coronet the watch should be in the 5million+ range.

I would not buy a watch without a full set of photos showing everything. It is impossible to tell from one photo like that!!
