Not a huge fan.
There's something about that shade of blue in ceramic that just looks cheap to me. I love the GMT II Ceramic, but just not in that color. |

Just put down the deposit for the "bruiser" on Saturday.
It's going to be a long wait. Number one on the waiting list with my AD, but ETA is September. |

They have been able to do single colors in ceramic for some time, but simply haven't offered the GMT in anything but black until now. Looking back at historical GMT models, the bezels have been solid black, solid brown, or two-tone. The challenge was developing a seamless ceramic bezel in two separate colors. I suspect we may see a solid brown Ceramic in the future, as well as a variety of two tone models, but I would be surprised if there was ever a huge variety of solid colored Ceramics. It wouldn't be consistent with the way they have sold the line in the past. |

How big of a deposit did you have to pay? I called my AD and they put me on the list but they didn't ask for a deposit.

I ordered one a week or so ago and I didn't have to put anything down. I don't know if its because I have done a fair amount of business with my ad or because he knows it won't sit in the case long. It's a sharp watch, first new Rolex I have wanted in a while.

Great picture. I like the two color bezel. I'll bet it will be a great seller but I also think to keep the demand and hype up, they will not flood the AD's with em.

Its not 4 me. A Pepsi version would have been a home run for them. Why mess with success?

What I find interesting about this watch is the blue GMT hand.....if you can change out the bezels down the road the black and the Pepsi ceramics will look cool and very unique......

Put my name on the list. AD called yesterday and I passed. In person it didn't do it for me either.
