JLC Reverso Photos
I just acquired this Jaeger LeCoultre Grande Reverso Duo and love it. I think it is the perfect companion to my GMT II BLNR.

Here is an old one (c. 1937) and a newer one (Tribute to 1931).

Very nice group you have! I have to take a look at getting a nice brown Casa Fagliano or similar strap.

Fagliano's a bit pricey but I'm counting on 'em to last a long, long time . .

Any of you have the Classique with a cool engraving on the back?
I love the Duo but there is something so cool about the original version and the story behind why the watch flipped over. If I ever get one I think I need to go Classique. |

However, Rolexes are also very appealing in a completely different way. They are very robust, have 100 m waterproof oyster case, and can handle whatever we throw at them. My Milgauss GV (black dial) is going to take a back seat for the foreseeable future ... for now, I'm going to wear this Reverso and sky-dweller. |

I agree with your point on rolexes, they are more robust but when i put on my Reverso it feels special. The detail and craftsmanship is staggering and then when i look at my sub it just looks a little bland. But im still enjoying all my watches, its just that my reverso spends much more time on my wrist than any other timepiece! |

I ordered a Fluco Horween Shell Cordovan strap on Amazon. It is a deep brown colour with a nice sheen. The leather is flexible and sturdy. Apparently Fluco make all the straps for Nomos so the quality is excellent. I kept it on the normal tang and buckle, since for me they are more comfortable than any deployant buckle I've tried.
I got the style with matching stitching and some padding on the ends that attach to the watch. So far after a few hours only, it is quite nice to wear and already starting to hold a curve to my wrist. I think it fits a more casual attire compared to the JLC black alligator strap.
